Trace Ledet is a dynamic, highly motivated professional with over twelve years of experience in the construction industry. Known for his task-oriented and results-driven approach, Trace has leveraged his extensive knowledge to contribute to the growth and diversification of each company he has worked with, earning a respected reputation and forging strong, lasting relationships that have resulted in consistent repeat business.
Originally from Lafayette and raised in Alexandria, Trace honed his skills and academic prowess at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Here, he not only excelled on a golf scholarship but also distinguished himself academically, making the dean’s list while majoring in Construction Management within the College of Business.
Post graduation, Trace moved to Lafayette to start his career in Civil Development management. After working for several companies, he decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and founded Cypress Civil & Development. He resides in Lafayette with his wife, Krysten, and their two children, Ackal and Fowler.
Trace’s success stems from his excellent organizational and disciplinary skills, enhanced by his strong grasp of the importance of teamwork and effective communication. These qualities have been key in consistently meeting and even surpassing his clients’ expectations.
